To configure your IP phone, you will need a computer (to access the web based configuration).
Once your IP phone has been connected to your internet router (or network switch)...
1. Find the IP address of the Htek phone by pressing Menu -> Status -> Information.
- Enter the IP address found in Step 1, listed next to IPv4, as a URL using a web browser on your PC.
The URL would look like (ie): https://192.168.1.131
- You will be prompted for a username and password.
You will require administrator access to your Htek phone, in order to configure the service details.
The default access details are:- Username: admin
- Password: admin
Once logged in, you will arrive on the Htek phone Status page:
4. From the top menu, select ACCOUNT.
5. In the Basic section (left menu), select Account1 from the droplist then ensure Account Active is selected on Yes.
On this page, apply the below settings as detailed:
#1 (Primary SIP Server): Enter your VoIP Much SIP Server
(as provided in your activation email and in the Device Settings page of the User Portal)
#2 (Label): VoIPMuch
#3 (SIP User ID): Enter your VoIP Much SIP Device Username
(as provided in your activation email and in the Device Settings page of the User Portal)
#4 (Authentication ID): Enter your VoIP Much SIP Device Username
(as provided in your activation email and in the Device Settings page of the User Portal)
#5 Authentication Password): Enter your VoIP Much SIP Device Password
(as provided in your activation email and in the Device Settings page of the User Portal)
#6 (DNS Mode): A Record
#7 (Register Expiration): 30 [minutes]
#8 (Use Random Port): Yes
#9 (Voice Mail User ID): *97
Once all settings are entered, click SaveSet to save your entries.
6. Congratulations, your done!
