How to record your personal voicemail greeting

VoIP Much > Technical Information > Voicemail

Access your voicemail by one of the following methods:
  • Dialing *97 from your VoIP Much line
  • Call your number, when your greeting starts playing dial *
  • Call a VoIP Much Access Number, and follow the prompts.
At the main voicemail menu, press 0 (mailbox options).

From the mailbox options menu, you will here options for your various greetings:
  • Unavailable
  • Busy
  • Name
  • Temporary *
If you do not want to record a separate unavailable and busy greeting, we recommend recording the temporary greeting (that will play under both conditions).
