Due to issues identified in the power infrastructure, the datacentre facility team will be performing service-impacting maintenance. The scope of work is to replace a transient voltage suppressor (TVSS) and inspect a power circuit breaker. Due to the nature of this work, power will be temporarily turned off to the PDU feeding the VoIP Much suite.
During this power maintenance window, all VoIP Much phone services will be unavailable. ATA's (VoIP adapters), IP Phones, SIP Trunks and Virtual PBX's will automatically reconnect once power has been restored to the datacentre.
While we expect the outage time to be less than indicated, we are advised by technicians that the full window may be required.
