MAINTENANCE UPDATE - NOV 2, 2019 - 10:00 PM EST 
ALL SERVICES RESTORED AND ONLINE
Power maintenance scheduled for November 2nd, 2019 went well and completed at 9:30 AM EST (ahead of scheduled).
Unfortunately, once power to our datacentre was restored, we experienced network high latency.  This resulted in devices going unreachable as well as intermittent incoming and outgoing calls. All vendors were fully engaged, finally locating and resolving the issues.  The underlying cause for the latency was an overloaded STUN server farm, resulting in latency across the main switches.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance and outage issue.


The below indicates the current VoIP Much Network and Service Status:

Status History:
Nov 2, 2019 - 6:00 AM EST - 1:00 PM EST (scheduled maintenance)
Nov 2, 2019 - 9:30 AM EST - 10:00 PM EST (unscheduled) - All services restored and online.
10:00 PM EST - All services restored and online.  Network latency issues were detected following power restoration, caused by STUN server farm load.
7:00 PM EST - As you all know by now, we encountered network latency issues following the power maintenance today.
All vendors are actively engaged to resolve the network latency issues as quickly as possible.
Calls in and out of our network are processing, but may take a while to connect or may timeout.
4:45 PM EST - As you all know by now, the maintenance today encountered issues.
We are engaged with vendors who are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
3:00 PM EST - All vendor techs are engaged to resolve the network latency issues, as quickly as possible.
2:00 PM EST - Techs continue to work a network latency issue that has occurred since the  power was restored.
1:00 PM EST - Power has been restored to the datacentre.
Techs are now investigation a network issue, causing devices to re-register and delays on incoming/outgoing calls.

Oct 29, 2019 - 8:45 AM - 12:50 PM EST (unscheduled) - All services restored and online.
Severe network latency being experienced, causing devices to go unreachable as well as intermittant incoming/outgoing calls.
